Bridgewater is a deed restricted community located in the city of Wesley Chapel, Pasco County FL. Our community has 760 single family homes which were built between 2004 and 2007.
Bridgewater has elected to be a self-managed community. This means, resident volunteers are running every aspect of the Association. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, there may be a delayed response. The most efficient method of contact is via email.
If you choose to contact us by phone, it is unlikely you will reach a live person. Please leave a message with information regarding your request so that we may research and have answers prior to returning your call.
Bridgewater also has a Community Development District (CDD), which is currently managed by Rizzetta & Co. If you have questions related to the CDD, please contact Rizzetta to resolve your concerns.
Charter: The Board of Directors for the Bridgewater Community Association is responsible for enforcing our Deed Restrictions and maintaining/building value in our homes. Other activities involve planning community building functions, which indirectly build value in our community.
Leadership: Bridgewater is run by professional volunteers who have brought their experience to the Board. The Board members are not paid to run the Bridgewater Community Association.
Bridgewater is a leader in Pasco county communities. Our community has been innovative in managing through many difficult obstacles created by the housing down turn.
