Prior to any external improvements to your property, an Architectural Application must be submitted for review and receive approval. There is no cost to submit the application. The applications are reviewed on a monthly basis at our Board meetings.

All applications must be submitted by the 1st of the month to allow time for the Board to review them. Applications can be submitted via fax, email and mail. All samples of materials must be submitted via mail to our community PO Box.

We also ask that you remember the applications require a substantial amount of research prior to approval and therefore, the Board will only consider applications submitted by the 1st of the month. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but there are no exceptions.
