THE ASSOCIATION DUES WERE COLLECTED AS AN ANNUAL PAYMENT DUE ON APRIL 1ST, 2010.
THE 2010 DUES ARE $280.
ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE ASSOCIATIONS PAYMENT ADDRESS (SEE BELOW).
The Bridgewater Board has taken many steps to ensure affordable dues, while continuing to improve our amenities and property values.
As of Q3 2009, the Board has lowered the quarterly dues to $70 per quarter. Payments are due on the 1st of the quarter and considered late after the 15th.
The Board is continuing to evaluate options to further reduce our dues in the future.
The Board is actively taking steps to reduce the cost of collecting dues. The first step will be to eliminate coupon mailings. All future payments must be made to Association’s payment mailing address (Please note the payment address is different from our correspondence address):
