THE ASSOCIATION DUES WERE COLLECTED AS AN ANNUAL PAYMENT DUE ON APRIL 1ST, 2011.
THE 2011 DUES ARE $250.
ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE ASSOCIATIONS PAYMENT ADDRESS (SEE BELOW).

Pay by Credit Card. A $10 convenience will be assessed for pay by Credit Card
The Bridgewater Board has taken many steps to ensure affordable dues, while continuing to improve our amenities and property values.
Your Board has lowered your annual dues again for 2011. Payments are due April 1st and considered late after the 15th.
The Board is actively taking steps to reduce the cost of collecting dues. The first step will be to eliminate coupon mailings. All future payments must be made to Association’s payment mailing address:
