Landlord Info

For the Landlord:

  • No application will be considered for rental if your property is delinquent or has open violations.
  • You must submit a rental application prior to your tenant taking possession of your property.
  • The Owner is required to submit all fees associated with your rental.
  • All fees must be paid by the property owner or their property manager of record directly to the Association.
  • The Association will not accept payment from anyone other than the property owner or their documented property manager.
  • Your rental application must be completely filled out with all information and deposits before it will be considered by the Board.
  • Our covenants require fully completed applications to be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the lease. If a submitted application is not complete, the clock will be reset until all required information is submitted.
  • Rental leases must be updated with the Association on an annual basis. If material changes have occurred with regard to the tenancy at any time during the lease period, the Owner must provide this information to the Association. Additional background checks may be required.
  • IF AN OWNER DOES NOT FOLLOW OUR RENTAL PROCEDURES, THERE MAY BE LEGAL ACTION AND ALL ASSOCIATED EXPENSES WILL BE ASSESSED AS A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO THE PROPERTY.
