You can use this to determine who the current owner is. There is often a significant delay with updates on owners, but it provides a pretty good idea who owns and lives in the community vs those that live outside the community.

You can use this to search official records like foreclosures, certificate of title and other legal issues related to the property.

Click on public records, scroll down on left.

Click on Search Official Records, agree to the terms.

Enter your search (you can’t enter property address here, that’s why you need to find the owner of record from the appraiser’s site.)
